The Leadership Development and Pastoral Planning Office collaborates with the Archbishop, Vicars, and collegial bodies and leaders at parish and regional levels to facilitate long range planning for the Archdiocese. It provides training, support and resource materials for parish councils and parish staff members, deanery councils, and provides staff support for the Archdiocese Pastoral Council.
