To serve and support Pastoral Center, parish and school leadership and employees in the development and administration of a fair and equitable system of Human Resources and to provide personnel services that are consistent with state and federal laws as well as Catholic social teaching.

Primary Function

The office of Human Resources assists the Pastoral Center, parishes, and other entities within the Archdiocese with issues regarding personnel policies, employment and hiring procedures, salary/wage administration, performance evaluations, 401(k) retirement plan, cafeteria plan, benefits, compensation programs, and other related topics. Acts as a resource for the parishes of the Archdiocese on human resource matters and provides day-to-day response to employee questions and concerns.
